The Craftsbury Outdoor Center promotes excellence in nordic skiing, running and sculling both recreationally and competitively, while being dedicated to implementing sustainable practices in day to day operations.
The Kitchen at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center prepares healthful food accommodating a wide range of dietary requirements for resident athletes, staff, and guests. The kitchen's waste is composted on site in a large 5 bay infrastructure, and there are extensive gardens on site that together with our commitment to local farms contribute to our seasonal menus.
