Description
Grafton Village Cheese is a mission driven artisan cheese company, a part of the non-profit, Windham Foundation of VT. The mission is to help support VT rural and agricultural communities. They produce naturally handcrafted & flavored cheddar and cave-aged cheeses, using premium cows milk from small Vermont family farms and sheep milk from a cooperative of Amish farmers in upstate NY. They have two locations: Retreat Farm in Brattleboro and the original plant on Townshend Rd, Grafton, VT.
