Boissoneault Farm was established in 1971. Our farm initially began as a conventional dairy farm and was once up to 500 head of dairy cattle. In 2014 our farm made a very difficult decision to sell our dairy cattle and stop all dairy production due to unpredictable market price fluctuations and other factors. After selling our dairy cattle we looked for another business venture. In 2017 we decided to start a local beef business, now called Boissoneault Beef. Our beef products can now be found at restaurants all throughout Saint Albans and we continue to expand our reach throughout Vermont. Our mission is to provide our customers with the highest of quality all-natural beef products at an affordable price.
