The Mad Taco serves inspired and creative Latin cuisine, complemented by the best of VT's beers. The only things we don't make in house are tortillas and cheese. And occasionally we do make cheese. Enjoy at 4 locations: Essex, Middlebury, Montpelier, and Waitsfield.
